Star-vader, Multiverse Dragon

A member of the vanguard fleet "Star-vader" of the invaders known as "Link Joker". It is a intelligent life form that evolved too far and as a result when it rebelled against its masters it destroyed the heart of a small star. It's current form is the result of it accepting the power of "Void" upon meeting "Link Joker". Because it was from a highly advanced civilization on a certain planet, it ignores any uncertain information, except those based on raw facts and data. Because of his assistance to "Infinite Zero Dragon" during the invasion of Star Gate, he is consider the brute's aid, but the truth is his personality is exactly opposite from what you'd expect, he rarely gets involved in one-on-one combat, only joining the battlefield if it means he can acquire some new data he hasn't seen before. It's an ironic fate that someone who destroyed a civilization that had advanced too far became the vanguard of an even more advanced civilization. As the invasion of "Link Joker" expands, it swallows up stars and planets, distorting even fate and karma. Instead of just destroying, it also enslaves everything in its path to eternal bondage.

Who are the Star-vaders?
The forerunners of "Link Joker", which is the incarnation of "Void" and the invaders threatening Cray. Their main mission is to investigate the indigenous creatures and collect the data of powerful beings, and dominate their bodies if possible. However, it is said that they would annihilate weaker beings in the process, finding their data not valuable enough to be collected. They possess multiple technologies that do not exist on Cray, and can manipulate the mysterious power "Lock" freely.

Dachte erst, das wäre der Garmore-Clon, aber CB2 für Lock1 wäre auch einfach viel zu schwach. Auch so ist er nicht der stärkste, ist aber im Ride-Zug schon nett, da CB1 und 16.000 in dem Zug schon gut sind.

Größtes Problem ist aber eh seine LB-Abhängigkeit, was ihn als ersten VG zum totalen Vanilla macht, also damit schon einmal sehr unflexibel. Mit Infinite Zero, wäre er denkbar, lockt dann immerhin gleich mal die zweite Front-Row weg, doch in den Folgezügen ist er auch ein Vanilla und so macht man sich auch nur noch abhängiger von Zero.

Um ihn interessanter hätten machen zu können, hätten sie es als RG-Skill machen können. Wäre dann zwar schon etwas mies, aber halt auch dann LB-abhängig und halt ein G3er, der nur was als RG kann.

Aber naja, so ist er wieder eine Promo, die man nur sammeln und nicht spielen kann, aber ist ja nun auch nichts besonderes.

Gauntlet Buster ist der Schildschlucker der Eradicator, so kann man ihn wohl am ehesten ansehen und bezeichnen. Dazu ist natürlich noch ein Anti-LB Spiel mit ihm möglich.

Manchmal frage ich mich, warum diese Schrott Karten seitens Bushiroad immer zur Card of the Day gewählt werden. Klar, Card of the Day hat ja keine Bewertung, aber es gibt doch soviele andere halbwegs interessante (und vor allem spielbare) Karten in den aktuellen und folgenden Sets, dass man sich eher mal um die kümmern sollte.

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Multiverse Dragon -> Ablage Reißwolf.

Über Gauntlet Buster kann man leider zu viel schreiben. Definitiv eine formatprägende Karte, soviel kann zumindest pauschal gesagt werden. Und vor allem ein sehr gutes Beispiel für eine spielstarke Karte, die keinen Break oder Crossride nötig hat um auch gut zu bleiben.

Die BT14 RRRs sind aber schon alle durch :/ Man könnt zwar noch auf die Quintet Walls hoffen - was ich vor allem wegen dem Lore noch gut finden würde - aber sonst konzentriert sich Bushiroad jetzt erstmal auf die nächsten Produkte. Und Multiverse Dragon ist nunmal die neue LJ Promo des bald erscheinenden Starter Sets.
Vor Anfang Januar und der Bushiroad Monthly würde ich auch nicht mit BT15 CotD's rechnen. Vielleicht 1-2 kurz vor Neujahr, aber sonst kommen die ersten Infos sicherlich erst im Magazin.
Wobei ich auch sagen muss, dass es früher bis zu... BT06/7 Zeiten wesentlich besser war. Da waren die COtD's fast täglich etwas besonderes, weil neue Karten gezeigt wurden, selbst wenn es nur Trigger waren. Die einzige Ausnahme war meist der Donnerstag der als Oldie-Tag für alte Sets/Karten genutzt wurde.
